JT Sprockets JT Twinstar Steel/Alu Orange Sprocket JTX897.41ORG JTX897.41ORG

The JT TwinStar Sprocket is a high-performance steel and aluminium hybrid sprocket, designed for strength, durability, and also reduced weight. A dual-ring sprocket combining the lightweight aviation grade aluminium alloy with the strength of a heat-induction hardened steel outer ring.

Inner Ring (Core): Lightweight Aviation-Grade Ergal 7075-T6 Aluminium. Precision made using state of the art laser cutting and CNC equipment, resulting in an ultra-lightweight race-proven design.

Outer Ring (Teeth): Head induction hardened high carbon steel. JT advanced tempering process achieves hardness that could last six times longer than a 7075-T6 aluminium sprocket, enhancing power transfer.

• Fully heat treated for higher wear resistance
• Meet or exceed Japanese OEM standards
• Optimum design for light weight and strength
• Perfectly finished in zinc or black enamel coating
