Delivery Policy

Orders will be despatched as follows: To business addresses only; £7.50 (Exc VAT) delivery charge (subject to change depending on account level); Free delivery with net order values of £100 and over (Exc VAT) to the UK Mainland; Orders to N. Ireland/Eire/Isle of Man/Scilly Isles by arrangement; other destinations phone for details; Typical delivery times of 1-2 working days.

Where possible, the Company will endeavour to meet special delivery requirements subject to any additional cost being borne by the Purchaser

Delivery Terms & Conditions

1. Your order will be fulfilled by the estimated delivery date set out , when available, in the Dispatch Confirmation, unless there is an Event Outside Our Control.

If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date because of an Event Outside Our Control, we will contact you with a revised estimated delivery date.

2. Delivery will be completed upon the first point in time of:

the physical delivery of the Products to the address you gave us; or

the physical delivery of the Products to your carrier as notified to us when placing your order; or

the physical delivery of the Products by us to you at our premises being that location as stated in the order.

3. Where applicable, signature of any delivery note by you or an agent, employee or representative of you or by an independent carrier shall be conclusive proof of the delivery of the Products to you.

4. We recommend that you provide us with a safe delivery address at which to leave a delivery. If no one is available at your address to take delivery, our carrier will leave you a note setting out how to rearrange delivery of your

5. Where delivery of the Products is made in instalments, each instalment shall be construed as constituting a separate Contract to which all of the provisions in these Terms and Conditions shall apply (with any necessary alternations).

6. The Products will be your responsibility from the completion of delivery.

7. You own the Products once we have received payment in full, including all applicable delivery charges.

No International Delivery

1. Unfortunately, we do not delivery to addresses outside of mainland UK. You may place an order for Products from outside the UK, but this order must be for delivery to an address in mainland UK unless arranged otherwise prior to your order.

2. If you wish to order Products from Our Website for delivery to Northern Ireland, Eire, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles or to any international destination, please contact our sales team by  telephone  on  01394  604040  or  by  email  to  sales@bickers-online.co.uk. 

We reserve the right to refuse to make delivery to a location outside of mainland UK. In the event that we are able deliver to a location outside mainland UK, delivery to such a destination may result in additional charges being payable by you and/or any applicable import duties and taxes. We will notify you of our additional charges when you contact us. You will be responsible for payment of any applicable import duties and taxes which may apply. Please contact your local customs office for further information prior to contacting us to place an order. In addition you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.

Price of products and delivery charges

1. The price of a Product does not include delivery charges. Our delivery charges are as quoted on Our Web site from time to time. To check relevant delivery charges, please refer to our Delivery Charges in the first paragraph. You will be able to check the total delivery charge in your basket before you check out.

2. Our Web site contains a large number of Products. It is always possible that, despite our

reasonable efforts, some of the Products on Our Website may be incorrectly priced. We will normally check prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that:

2a: where the Product's correct price is less than the price stated on Our Website,  we  will  charge  the  lower  amount  when  dispatching the Products  to  you.  However,  if  the  pricing  error  is  obvious  and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mispricing, we do not have to provide the Products to you at the incorrect (lower) price; and

2b: if the Product's correct price is higher than the price stated on Our Website, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of this error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase the Product at the correct price or cancelling your order. We will not process your order until we have your instructions. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you in writing
