Terms and conditions: The Promoter of this competition is Maxxis International (UK) Ltd t/a Bickers of Carr Road, Felixstowe, IP11 3RX, and company number 01205689.

End date: 21/12/2023.  

There are 180 gifts to be redeemed. The first 180 GS or Yuasa battery orders will receive a promotional pack at no additional cost. Festively packaged, the freebies are supplied at random and include items from leading brands including Hot Wheels, LEGO, Playmobil, Mash’ems, Matchbox to name just a few. 

To enter the promotion, participants must place a minimum of one GS or Yuasa battery order from www.bickers-online.co.uk. No other form of entry will be permitted.  

The competition is open to Bickers Trade Customers only, ages 18 and over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families or agents. Entries must not be sent in through agents or third parties. Multiple entries within a single calendar day will not qualify.  

No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for winning notifications that are not received or delivered. Bickers have the right to deny a promotional pack to a participant if they judge as necessary. The Prize cannot be exchanged and no cash alternative will be made available. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for one of equal or greater value should the need arise. The Prize shall not be sold, assigned, transferred, lent or the benefit granted to any person other than the winner without the Promoter’s explicit, written consent. The Promoter will not be liable if the Prize cannot be taken by the winner for any reason. The Promoter’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter may use the winner’s name and/or image and their comments relating to the Prize for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and/or without any fee being paid. The winners agrees to supply imagery of the results of their Prize (i.e. the promotional pack and the battery they have ordered) where requested by the Promoter.  

The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the competition as necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control. The Promoter further reserves the right to declare void any entry in the event of actual fraud in its sole opinion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and to refuse to award the Prize or to withdraw the Prize where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this competition or otherwise where a participant has gained an unfair advantage in participating in the competition or won using fraudulent means.  

By entering this competition, all entrants are deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Promoter for administration of this competition and for any other purposes compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation 2018, including adding the entrants to a marketing database to receive communications from the Maxxis, Bickers and CST brands. Entrants will be able to unsubscribe from this database at any time but this will result in the removal of their data from the entry database and will therefore remove them from the competition too. This data will not be shared with any third parties except as far as necessary to arrange the Prize for the winner. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions. Other than for death or personal injury arising from the negligence of the Promoter, so far is permitted by the law, the Promoter hereby excludes all liability for any loss, damage, cost and expense, whether direct or indirect, howsoever caused in connection with the competition or any aspect of the Prize. This competition shall be governed by English law and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising wherefrom. Entrants are advised to save or print these terms and conditions for their reference.
