BICKERS’ B2B – 10 YEARS AND STILL GOING STRONG!
First launched on 24th January 2014, the Bickers B2B has been a useful and evolving tool, improving and simplifying the ordering process for our many customers. The many useful features include:
- 24/7 ordering with exclusive online-only offers
- Chain and sprocket kit builder
- Search by brand/part number/description or bike model
- Back in stock email notifications
- CSV and bulk order uploads
- Order history available allowing easy repeat orders
- Mobile responsive
The B2B has been through six revamps to date including:
- 2017 – mobile-ready launch
- 2019 – vehicle selector added
- 2023 – one million fitments reached
As we are always striving to improve the customer experience there are sure to be more evolutions to come and hopefully each will bring innovations to further enhance the user experience. Here’s to the next ten years.
